G12x offers all the benefits of the G12, with an additional 6 modules for higher I/O requirements. This solution is perfect for test systems already established with G12, but need a little more I/O space. The 18 module scalable solution accepts both G12 and G12x ITAs. It uses the G12 platform and slides that support up to 180 lbs (350 lbs with the optional leg kit). A multi-positional handle offers flexibility by not restricting your ITA enclosure. VPC engineering has developed a slide kit for the G18 and 9025 that enables easier access to instrumentation. The receiver is designed to fit into a standard 19" rack. It is equipped with a locking handle to ensure your contacts are engaged. The kit comes with the instrument bracket, flanges, and receiver; the slides are purchased separately to ensure a proper fit in your rack.

This solution shortens wire length, offering easy access to cards without flexing cable, and reduces required test area space, because there is no table sticking out from the rack.

Last summer, VPC released our newest thermal and benchtop testing solution, SL4. With its slide-lock engagement and four module capability, SL4 offers a unique engagement interface for efficient thermal testing. 9025TR remains one of VPC's most popular interconnect products. Released in the summer of 2007, 9025TR solves high I/O needs and offers a variety of accessories to enable you to customize your solution. Slide kit, support legs, retractable keyboard, and instrument bracket with strain relief are all options that enable 9025TR to be customized to your needs. iCon640 has been developed to allow up to 640 signal contacts using iCon modules, consolidating two iCons into one connector. The iCon640 is preloaded with four QuadraPaddle iCon modules for quick integration into your test system. The part numbers are 310 129 102 and 410 129 102.

VPC has a new 192 position QuadraPaddle ITA PCB adapter. It connects to PCB-Mounted 6x32-Pin Ribbon Cable Headers. Part number 510 151 125. This adapter mates to 510 150 155 (RCVR).

VPC's Quality department has conducted supplemental testing of our QuadraPaddle and TriPaddle signal contacts. The results support VPC increasing the current rating for QuadraPaddle contact from 3 Amps to 5 Amps and increasing the current rating for TriPaddle from 5 Amps to 7 Amps.
