Headquartered in Plano, Texas, G Systems is a privately held engineering services and systems integration company specializing in designing and building turnkey test and measurement, data acquisition, and control systems. The company has developed a common core automated test system, subcontracted from Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control program. The system tests and validates missile launchers for the US Army's Future Combat Systems.

The test platform is PXI-based, incorporating a VPC receiver with interchangeable test adapters (ITA) and custom cable assemblies. The system includes a self-contained wrap-around test capability; the system performs automated self-test on the instrumentation and interconnects through a signal wrapped from one instrument, wrapped around the test set through the ITA, and measured. The hardware includes two PXI chassis and instrument modules that connect through a double height VPC 90 Series Receiver. The VPC adapter allows electrical and mechanical connections to multiple UUTs through unique ITAs. VPC's 90 Series aligns with the dual PXI chassis, hinging down for easy access. Strain relief is made at both the receiver and PXI board connections. This configuration has over 2,500 connection points, with room for expansion.
