Fiber Optic Technology

Our Fiber Optic patchcords are available in two types:

Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) supports low-speed, short distance applications. Our POF Contacts are rated for insertion loss of -4.0 db Max per mated pair.
Multimode supports higher speed fiber needs, using 62.5/125µ" diameter fiber with SPC glass polish. Our ceramic Mini Multimode contacts are rated for insertion loss of -1.5 db Max per mated pair.

We have the capability to provide specialty fiber optic patchcords and cables. From smaller diameter (50/125µ") wire to duplex fiber wiring to separating multiple fiber bundles into individual lines for termination using furcation tubing, we will meet your fiber optic cabling needs.
